Helen is an experienced coach, facilitator and trainer who has worked successfully with individuals, groups and organisations. She is a talented intuitive coach who has the ability to allow all her clients to reach their full potential. Her extensive experience as an educator over 37 years, including Teacher, Principal and Regional Leader has provided her with a thorough understanding of how people learn and she has been able to use this knowledge in her training, coaching and facilitating opportunities.

Coaching and training experience includes Principals and school leaders and small to medium sized businesses to assist them to enhance their performance in the workplace.

Helen is currently the Immediate Past President of the International Coach Federation (Victorian Chapter) and is passionate about sharing the benefits of coaching to others to enhance their personal and professional lives.

She is also a member of Australian Council of Educational Leaders and Victorian Institute of Teaching. As a past educator, Helen continues her passion for education and has an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the processes, structures and challenges of the education system. She uses these skills throughout her training, facilitation and coaching sessions and celebrates all her client’s achievements with them.
