How long is each session?
Coaching sessions usually run for 60 minutes.

How many sessions should I attend?
To get the most out of your coaching we recommend that you attend a minimum of six sessions. We currently offer coaching packages of six or ten sessions.

Can I choose my own coach?
Absolutely. It is important that you chose a coach that you feel comfortable with. Our coaches come from a range of different backgrounds and we recommend that you visit our Teams page to read more about our coaches.

If I’m not happy with my coach, can I change?
Yes. Personal coaching is an intimate experience and in order to get the most out of your sessions it is important that you feel good about the coach you’re working with. Contact our office if you would like to change coach.

What can coaching do for me?
Coaching can have a range of positive outcomes for the person being coached. Some even describe the experience as life-changing.

In each session you and your coach work together to define your long and short-term goals. By asking you questions about yourself and your personal and professional objectives, you will work out who you are, where you want to be and the best way to get there.
